Professional Certification and Comprehensive Review Methodology

GROW is strategically partnered with STI-Universal Worker, Inc. (STI-UWI), a Review Center that has developed an industry leading in training, testing and acculturation operation.

STI-UWI programs help ensure a steady supply of impeccably qualified, well-acculturated nursing professionals. Its mission is to motivate, inspire and make a difference in the life of Filipino nurses and other professionals so they may become individuals that embody the qualities of a world-class professional.

STI-UWI offers a variety of proprietary educational and acculturation programs coupled with both long term and tactical programs in coordination with GROW to jointly contribute to the pipeline of qualified nursing professionals desirous of employment in the U.S. They include:

Three (3) month CGFNS Review program designed to monitor and assess a nurse’s chances of passing the CGFNS exam;

  • Philippine Board of Nursing Review Program (Philippine Licensure);
  • TOEFL/TWE, TSE, and IELTS review programs required for visa screening and US-RN licensure;
  • Proprietary medical educational programs and facilities which have produced unprecedented NCLEX passing rates of over 98%;
  • Advanced acculturation and training programs which have resulted in five-year U.S. retention rates of over 85%;

Preparation for US Nurse Licensure

The NCLEX Review Program is an extensive 3-month course divided into three phases: (1) pre/post testing, (2) live lecture where students are taught the theoretical component of the NCLEX-RN examination, and (3) computer-based tests and simulated comprehensive tests. Individualized coaching, as the nurse progresses through the review, is a unique feature of the program.

Nursing Standards Compliance

GROW has established strategic tie-ups with local hospitals that offer clinical immersion programs which target nurses who seek to update their bedside nursing experience. In certain cases, such programs may be infused with specific modules derived from a US hospital’s own training/fellowship programs to reflect standards which are consistent with US-style nursing.
