Recruitment and Candidate Processing Systems Based On Customer Requirements
To ensure a high standard quality service, GROW performs important services related to nurse recruitment and processing to meet its objectives. These cover all activities from the time a licensed nurse submits his or her application with GROW, till the time they leave for the US as registered nurses.
Nurse Recruitment and Selection
We
ensure total quality control of all skilled professionals
endorsed to your institution. Hence, we guarantee
that every applicant is properly pre-qualified or
screened through in-depth interviews conducted by
our Nurse Consultants, assessing their technical abilities,
communication skills and the behavioral patterns of
an individual. Background checks and verification
of documents are also done to ensure their authenticity.
GROW works closely with its clients by lining up qualified candidates that are eligible for final interview. We prepare candidates prior to employer interview through initial orientation, which also provides information on the hiring institution. A team is assigned to assist the hospital client during Final Interview schedule in the Philippines or during telephone interviews.
- Immigration Processing
and Documentation
Our
candidate processing workflow includes the necessary
clerical work for the smooth compliance of documents
needed to initiate US immigration processing. We
ensure that all forms are properly filled and that
documents required of every candidate are complete,
properly arranged and with accurate information
for purposes of presentation and filing. GROW retains
the services of immigration lawyers to facilitate
the smooth processing with the US Citizenship and
Immigration Service (USCIS), until the issuance
of the nurse’s visa from the National Visa Center
and US Embassy.
- Visa
Screen Certificate Processing
GROW
takes care of the handling and filing of necessary
paperwork of nurses who already secured their CGFNS
certificates with the International Commission on
Health Professionals (ICHP) for visa screen certificate
application and processing. The visa screen certificate
is required to complete the immigration and consular
processing for the issuance of an immigrant visa.
- State Licensure Application
and Processing
GROW facilitates the processing for a nurse to obtain
eligibility for nursing licensure (NCLEX) in the
State where he/she intends to practice as a US-RN.
We provide an efficient and hassle-free process
that covers all aspects of documentation needed
for the nurse to secure his/her nursing license.

workers hired and bound for US hospitals share their

the challenges that surround a newly transplanted
nurse in the US. We undertake efforts to ease their
anxieties in adjusting to life in a foreign country
by providing relocation assistance to the nurse
prior to departure and after arrival in the US.

transition to their new home, while at the same
time provide a caring loop and continuing link to
their country of birth
