- Troubleshoot Wireless Issues
- IPhone and Mobile Device password resets
- System Password Resets (Must know Microsoft Active Directory)
- VPN Configuration
- Research and resolve outstanding Tickets
- Support International Units IT support
- Respond to assigned tickets in a timely manner with details
- Email Solution (Must have knowledge in Microsoft Exchange)
- Active Directory Issues
- Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma, Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor’s/College Degree , Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- Must be proficient in speaking the English language
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in an IT, BPO Company, or related is required for this position.
- Preferably 2-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Technical & Helpdesk Support or equivalent.
- Required Skill(s): IT Support Call center skills
- Has basic skills in IT Network Troubleshooting procedures
- Must have knowledge in Ticketing Service, Active Directory, and Account creation
- Must be physically fit
- Must be hardworking, trustworthy, and reliable
- Is attentive to the needs of the Managing Director.
- Must be able to respond quickly and competently to the Managing Director’s request
- Can easily understand instructions and work under minimum supervision
- Flexible and service oriented
- Excellent attendance and positive attitude to the job
- Willing to work long hours, flexible in work schedule, must be available even weekends and holidays
- Applicants must be willing to work in Metro Manila
