CHANNEL ENGAGEMENT MANAGER FOR ONE OF THE ESTABLISHED INSURANCE COMPANY IN THE PHILIPPINES
As a Channel Engagement Manager, you will be responsible for the following duties:
  • Analytic skills: ability to analyze situations and determine causes of issues
  • Planning skills: ability to create and develop a strategic plan
  • Results Orientation: demonstrated abilities to deliver sales targets
  • People/Relationship building Skills: past experience in handling teams and resolving people issues
  • Leadership skills: past experience in leading teams and setting directions as well as influencing team members
  • Network building: past experience must show ability to develop a network of people from where to source recruits Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Platform skills in lecturing and facilitating meetings
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Agency Development . Recruiting of sales agents
  • Excellent Com Skills and People skills
  • With at least with 3-5 years experience in Insurance Agency Recruitment Management or Management in the Pharmaceutical Industry and FMCG Industry
  • Driving skills is a must
