BE PART OF A MULTINATIONAL MANUFACTURING & DISTRIBUTION COMPANY OF COMMERCIAL REFRIGERATION PRODUCTS
As an Administrative Staff, you will be responsible for the following duties:
  • Will be acting as the frontline of the company
  • Taking calls from existing clients
  • Responsible for performing basic technical troubleshooting, dispatching of technicians and creating reports, quotation, and logs
  • Technical training will be provided by the company
  • Will be acting as the “filter” between customer to Technical Department
  • Will be reporting to the Technical Manager
Minimum Qualifications
  • Open to High School Graduates or College Undergraduates
  • Must have average English Communication Skills
  • Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel
  • Must be amenable to work at night
Work Schedule: Shifting schedules with (1) day off:
  • 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM (Morning)
  • 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Mid Shift)
