The Accountancy Instructor & Curriculum Writer  for one of the largest Information Technology Colleges based in the Philippines and the second largest IT-based educational institutions in Asia. It is a subsidiary of one of the leading conglomerates for education and investments corporations in the Philippines
The Accountancy Instructor & Curriculum Writer is responsible for writing, revising, and finalizing the syllabus content and relevant assessment materials for faculty of Accountancy
  • Will directly report to the Research Head of the Academic Research Department;
  • Responsible for developing learning materials (curriculum, syllabus, and standard periodical examinations) that are accurate, relevant, updated, and adheres to curricular standards;
  • Will work closely with the Research Head to ensure that the courseware and exam development processes, policies, and work instructions are adhered to;
  • Respnsible for conducting research relevant to the curriculum development;
  • Identifies and lists resources relevant to the syllabus for the faculty of Accountancy such as reference/books, software & hardware requirements, equipment & materials, etc.;
  • Ensures timely dispatch of curriculum;
  • Participates in validating the effectiveness of the content and methodology through focus group discussions, collaborative learning sessions, and the like;
  • Writes, revises, and finalizes the exam;
  • Ensures timely exam development and dispatch;
  • Attends field-related trainings, seminars, or workshops as required;
  • Leads identified projects as may be assigned by the Research Head;
  • Conducts courseware observation/teaching, as may be assigned by the Research Head, as a means of validation and assessment of related outputs;
  • Develops and validates academic-related materials (e.g. TNT questions, prospectus, etc.);
  • Teaching:
    • Will be give 3 – 9 units of teaching in the Faculty of Accountancy
Minimum Qualifications: 
  • Must have completed a degree in Culinary Arts with at least 1 to 2 years of experience as an Accountant
  • Preferably with experience as a Accountancy Instructor
  • Candidates must have at least 1 year of solid experience in the Academe as a Technical Writer, Instructional Writer, Content Developer, Academic Researcher, Curriculum Developer for Accountancy
  • Must have the passion to teach
  • Must be amenable to work in Ortigas-Cainta
  • Work schedules: Mondays through Fridays, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Can start ASAP
