A multinational company that has been in the industry for 40 years which specializes in volume manufacturing and design of diesel generating sets is currently looking for a Regional Development Manager who will handle South-East Asia
This person will be responsible for the Sales & Marketing of diesel power generation products
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Build customer relationships, rapport and trust to effectively manage the full sales cycle including the negotiation’s on major projects as well as fulfilling shorter term customer requirements
  • Contribute to new product / service development, promotion/distribution
  • Manage all public relations and promotional activities
  • Development and Implementation of the “Customer Relationship Management” system
  • Determine pricing strategies for clients and conduct negotiations to win contracts
  • Liaise with sales team to ensure that all orders are promptly received
Qualifications:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Management
  • Experience in the Industrial and Mechanical industry
  • Constant Travel in and out of the country as the scope is South-East Asia region
  • At least 2 years of experience in a Business Development role
  • At least 2 years of experience in an Engineering role
