Looking for someone who has strong background in Strategic Planning, Brand Management, Local Store Marketing, Marketing Mix
As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the following duties:
  • Defines overall brand challenges and opportunities
  • Investigates overall macroeconomic, industry, business and brand needs
  • Recommends on programs for development
  • Recommends pricing strategy for new products
  • Facilitates development of a communication strategy
  • Recommends on development of advertising, media planning and promotion materials
  • Reviews and Recommends on mechanics, budget and artwork for major local Store Marketing programs
  • Reviews reports on program results
  • Recommends adjustments and improvements after program launch
  • Develops the team’s capabilities
  • Allocates and Monitors total marketing budget among categories and programs
  • Monitor progress of product development with category and R&D Team
  • Monitor progress of advertising development with category and agency team
  • Conducts regular meetings with the marketing team to determine current status of projects and issues encountered
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s /College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent
  • With at least 6 years of relevant experience in FMCG and Telecommunications Industry
  • Experience in Marketing (strategic planning, product, advertising, and especially TVC department), project management, managing direct reports and leading teams, dynamic
  • Fluent in English and Filipino and comfortable presenting and talking in public
  • Loves food and eating
